Hall Information

* Non-refundable deposit of $750 required when signing contract.  Deposit refunded on final bill.
* Cash or check is preferred.  Credit Cards are accepted, but there is a 3% fee added to final bill.

Minimums for Halls

Niagara Hall 350 dinners/food minimum charge    550 people max. seating
Niagara South Hall 175 dinners/food minimum charge    250 people max. seating
Niagara North Hall 100 dinners/food minimum charge    175 people max. seating
Ruby Hall 250 dinners/food minimum charge    350 people max. seating

Meeting Room

 *There is an additional charge for any extra rooms needed for meetings etc.*
*There is an additional charge for wedding ceremonies and rehearsals*

Bar

The bar/hall is open to guests 1 hour prior to dinner service.  There is an additional fee to open earlier.

Beer                $ 200 per half barrel of beer.
Soda               $ .95 per Glass of soda.
Champagne     $ 10.50 per bottle
(Beer and soda will not be set up until after dinner).

Decorating Policy

• Candles allowed with restrictions, please check contract.
• Tape (scotch, masking, duct, etc.) is not allowed.
• Table graffiti of any kind is not allowed.
• Feather boas are not permitted.
